• Grow knowledge and gain experience for promotion to a management position under experienced professionals.
• Undergo comprehensive training covering Production, Sales Operations, and other departments related to the insulation business.
• Learn and manage all aspects of branch operation, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and customer service.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to execute operational strategies and achieve target metrics.
• Travel up to 20% for training and relocation for permanent assignment.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required if operating a company vehicle.
• Bachelor's degree or at least 2 years of experience in construction management or distribution services.
• Operations management experience preferred (especially in building materials or construction).

• Work in both office and field environments: standing, walking on uneven ground, bending, lifting ≤25lbs.
• Travel and drive between locations and job sites.

• Competitive compensation with salary range $50,000 – $100,000; final base salary depends on relevant factors.
