Conduct regular inspections of the contractor's work to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards and customer requirements;

Attend and participate in project meetings to discuss progress, address issues, and coordinate activities among stakeholders;
Conduct regular safety inspections to verify that the contractor is maintaining a safe work environment and following required safety protocols
