Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Job Overview

We’re a Southeast Florida commercial builder delivering high‑quality projects across multiple sectors. Our team values accountability, clear communication, and strong client relationships, and we empower PMs with full ownership of their work.

Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year.

• Prepare estimates, bids, and proposals for commercial construction projects
• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and procurement
• Lead jobsite coordination with Supers and field teams
• Maintain client communication, progress reporting, and change order management
• Ensure projects stay on time, on budget, and aligned with quality expectations
• Handle cost tracking, contract administration, and project documentation
• Project sizes 250k–30M

• Full control: estimate, bid, and manage your own projects
• Steady commercial project pipeline in Southeast Florida
