Conduct regular inspections of the contractor’s work to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards and Customer requirements;
Review and verify contractor invoices against work completed and materials used to ensure accuracy and prevent overbilling;
Attend and participate in project meetings to discuss progress, address issues, and coordinate activities among stakeholders;
Prepare a punch list of any outstanding work deficiencies for the contractor to address before project closeout;
Conduct a final inspection with the customer to confirm that all work meets specifications and standards
