The Project Engineer will support building assessment condition surveys, develop building condition reports and budgets, assist building owners with technical questions and decision‑making, coordinate competitive contractor bid processes, and oversee construction projects from planning through completion.

This role supports projects from New Smyrna Beach to Jacksonville and offers exposure to a variety of building systems, restoration scopes, and coastal construction challenges. • Conduct building condition assessments, field inspections, and surveys for coastal structural restoration and weatherproofing projects.
• Prepare building condition reports, budget estimates, project options, and technical recommendations for building owners and stakeholders.
• Develop bid packages, coordinate competitive contractor bid processes, and help minimize project unknowns through clear documentation.
• Manage construction project oversight, contractor coordination, project budgets, and progress tracking to support successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal team members, clients, and contractors to achieve project objectives and maintain high industry standards.
• Support business development efforts by assisting with new project opportunities and maintaining long‑term client and contractor relationships.

• Salary range of $90,000 to $120,000 per year, based on experience.
