Position Overview
Compensation: $16.00-$18.00 per hour. Benefits include Medical, Dental, 401(k), paid vacations, sick days, holidays, tuition reimbursement, direct deposit, short and long term disability, and more.
Responsibilities- Answer incoming customer calls in a courteous and professional manner; resolve inquiries, requests, billing questions, and schedule service.
- Welcome prospective new customers interested in learning about services.
- Make high volume outbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction, confirm appointments, and collect overdue payments.
- Daily reporting and updating customer account information.
- Accounts payable, human resource paperwork, payroll processing, and additional duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED at minimum.
- Previous experience in customer service over the phone.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Excellent computer, typing, and 10-key skills.
- Time management talent and a sense of urgency.
- Background checks will be completed on all candidates considered for hire.
