Bilingual Account Representative - Collections

Full‑time position. The Account Representative is responsible for managing all activities in the Collections Department, ensuring customers receive ownership through our rent‑to‑own program while maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Organize and supervise all activities in the Collections Department.
• Communicate with past‑due customers by phone or in writing.
• Visit past‑due customers at their homes to collect payments or recover rims and tires.
• Complete necessary record‑keeping and update files.
• Assist with new customer application verification.
• Assist customers with sales and other team members as needed.

• One year of collections experience.
• Computer use including data entry and information lookup, or equivalent.
• Deadline‑focused and detail‑oriented.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous recovery experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Valid Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record and the ability to complete a background screening process is required.
