Member Assist Cart Attendant

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In this member‑assist – cart attendant role you will be responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, helping members with their purchases, ensuring carts are ready and available, and assisting members with loading their vehicles.

You will be on your feet, on the go, rain or shine, sleet or snow, and play a key role in creating a great member experience.

• Ensure club pick‑up orders are fulfilled by contacting members, notifying them of any delays or product unavailability, and offering alternative options.
• Maintain safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, following merchandise handling procedures, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, processing payments, operating cash registers, locating and organizing merchandise, zoning designated areas, promoting company products, and maintaining the parking lot.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics by implementing action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and applying best practices.
• Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers and coworkers; identify priorities, communicate progress, recommend improvements, and adapt to change.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. Premiums may be earned at rates ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, and specific work performed.
