Greet guests warmly and professionally, in person or over the phone;
Follow processes outlined in the Guest Reception Training Manual SOP;
Maintain positive relationships with Sales, Marketing, and Administrative teams;
Distribute and collect Guest Registration Forms, assist guests with inquiries;
Accurately assign guests to Sales Representatives in arrival order;
Ensure timely updates of guest information in Concierge;
Answer all incoming calls, research customer issues, and escalate to a manager/supervisor when necessary
