- Must be enrolled in at least 6 credits.
- Must currently be meeting Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP), or a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA.
- Transient and Dual Enrollment students are ineligible for student employment.
- Please Note: Applicants required to submit their resume and current course schedule in order for their application to be considered complete
- Federal Work Study (FWS) and/or Institutional Work Study (IWS)
- Up to 20 hours.
- Monday through Friday. (Flexible, occasional weekends may be requested)
- Availability between 8:00 a.m.
- 3:00 p.m. (Flexible, occasional evenings may be requested)

- Assist with Daily Front Desk & Box Office Operations.
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email and in person.
- Welcome Guests, Students and Vendors and direct to appropriate location or contact.
- Support all marketing efforts, including social media and promotional materials.
- Assist with NJC events as an usher or other event support team member.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally with students, faculty, staff and community members.
- Dependable, punctual and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email applications.
- Be organized, detailed oriented and adhere to all safety standards
- Have a positive attitude and a willingness to work
