Job Title: AutoCAD Drafter / Draftsperson
Location: Wesley Chapel, FL
Pay Rate: $35.00/hr+ (DOE)
Hours: Full-Time
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of residential drafting experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2019
- Associate's or technical degree in drafting or architecture
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Florida Building Codes
We are seeking a skilled AutoCAD Drafter / Draftsperson to support residential design and construction documentation. The AutoCAD Drafter / Draftsperson will produce accurate plans, maintain design records, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality home designs.
Responsibilities:
- Produce construction documents for production and custom homes
- Maintain and update master plans and customized drawings
- Create lot-fit matrices in collaboration with Sales and Development teams
- Revise plans to meet customer specifications and maintain accurate records
- Manage DWF files and ensure documentation accuracy
- Support sales teams with customized home design solutions
- Follow CAD standards and procedures for quality and efficiency
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
