What You Bring

• Active Florida Registered Architect license (required).
• Minimum 5–7+ years of residential design experience.
• Deep mastery of Florida Building Codes and coastal regulations.
• Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or advanced 3D modeling software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-end, residential projects.
