Experienced Cardiothoracic Surgeon

Advent Health Daytona Beach is seeking an experienced, board-certified Cardiothoracic Surgeon with strong proficiency in minimally invasive and robotic cardiac surgery, as well as traditional open-heart procedures. This is an exceptional opportunity to join an established and respected team of four surgeons serving a growing, high-acuity patient population in the Daytona Beach region.

What Youll Do:

• Perform a full spectrum of adult cardiac surgery, including CABG, valve repair/replacement, and aortic procedures
• Emphasize minimally invasive and robotic cardiac surgery, helping to expand the programs advanced surgical offerings
• Provide thoracic surgical care, including lung and esophageal procedures, as needed
• Collaborate with a cohesive team of experienced CT surgeons, cardiologists, and advanced practitioners
• Participate in program growth, quality initiatives, and community education

Requirements:

• Board Certification in Cardiothoracic Surgery
• Advanced experience in minimally invasive and robotic cardiac surgery
• Proficient in traditional cardiac procedures (e.g., CABG, valves, ascending aorta)
• Experience or comfort with thoracic surgery
• Florida medical license (or eligibility)
