School Principal

Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated Principal: K‑12 to join the leadership team at their private school for children with special needs located in the Daytona Beach, FL area. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills (verbal and written), professional presentation, a genuine passion to work with children, and a strong commitment to education.

• This is a Direct Hire position with the school
• Monday‑Friday; year‑round employment
• $65,000 - $70,000/year pending education, certifications, and professional experience

• Oversee all operations of the school, specifically focusing on educational programming, special events and activities, managing budget/finances, relationship building, quality assurance related to health & safety, and faculty onboarding, training & development
• Use a growth mindset to train, coach, and develop the school for the future
• Develop strong relationships with our families
• Comply with state licensing regulations
• Project a positive and upbeat attitude while working in a fast‑paced environment
• Willingness to serve in various roles as needed
• Ability to maintain accurate and up to date records

• REQUIRED Education
  :
  Bachelor's degree required; education‑related field preferred
• REQUIRED Experience
  :
  At least 1‑year of experience as a Head of School /Principal: K-12; experience with children with disabilities is highly preferred.
• Must meet background check eligibility
