The Martial Arts Instructor position involves teaching beginners to advanced rank students during evenings. ACTIVSTARS ATHLETICS allows our instructors to teach their primary style while following the ACTIVSTARS ATHLETICS curriculum guidelines. Classes are held year-round, and we seek committed instructors for long‑term positions.

• Prepare and conduct classes.
• Teach students of all levels.
• Oversee class check‑in and basic record‑keeping.
• Promote tournaments, camps, and clinics.
• Participate in paid training sessions covering teaching guidelines, record management, and onsite training with a veteran instructor.

• Black Belt in a traditional, forms‑based martial art.
• Experience in Karate, Taekwondo, Kenpo, Kung Fu, or an equivalent forms‑based style.
• Solid technical foundation and knowledge of self‑defense skills.
• Passion for making a difference in children’s lives.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Reliable vehicle for travel to class locations.
• Location preference:
  Daytona – AREA;
  Other areas available.

• Weekday evenings, typically 5:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
• One to two days per week.

• $15 – $30+ per hour, based on student rate.
• Average earnings $300 – $400 per month teaching one day a week.
• Additional days available based on availability.

College students, parents, and martial artists with an established career.
