Job Title: Adjunct Instructor, Rehabilitation Sciences (Adjunct Pool)

Job Summary: The Department of Rehabilitation Sciences is seeking a qualified Adjunct, Rehabilitation Sciences, to teach undergraduate courses within the Sports Medicine program. This is a part-time, as-needed appointment that supports the department in achieving program and student learning outcomes. The successful candidate will provide high-quality classroom and laboratory instruction, assist with student development, and contribute to departmental and university service activities.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide instruction and student supervision in assigned laboratory and classroom settings.
- Evaluate student performance and submit accurate, timely records of grades and attendance.
- Comply with Institutional, College, and Department policies and procedures.
- Master’s degree in Athletic Training, Sports Medicine, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in sports medicine, injury prevention, evaluation, emergency care, rehabilitation, and/or related areas.
- Ability to effectively teach and mentor undergraduate students.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Current Board of Certification (BOC) certification as an Athletic Trainer (ATC).
- Current or eligibility for Florida Athletic Training licensure
. - Previous college/university teaching experience.
- Clinical experience in athletic training or sports medicine.
This is an undergraduate instructional position; therefore, a master’s degree is the minimum required academic credential
