This onsite opportunity places you directly in school districts in Tampa, where you will work with elementary school students in focused tutorial settings designed to strengthen academic understanding and improve outcomes.

• Deliver tutorials to elementary school students in ESL and Math.
• Build confidence and accelerate student growth through targeted instruction.
• Guide teachers in instructional strategies and classroom practices.

- This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
- Compensation for Florida consultant work will be discussed during the interview process.
- Travel and other expenses are not reimbursed; all costs are included in the consultant's daily rate.
- No insurance or employee benefits are provided.
- Consultants must maintain minimum automobile insurance coverage.
All consultants will undergo comprehensive background checks as a standard requirement of their role. Additional background screening procedures may be required by the state where services are provided, including fingerprinting, child abuse registry checks, or other state-recommended verifications.
