Voice Engineer

6 month+ contract

Pay: $50hr to $65hr

Mostly Remote (onsite first week)

Daytona FL

We are seeking a Voice Engineer to stabilize and modernize a large-scale, multi-site voice environment (~550 locations). This role will serve as the primary voice engineer, taking ownership of an existing Cisco-based infrastructure and leading the transition to more modern, cloud-based VoIP platforms (e.g., Ring Central).

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with cloud voice platforms (Ring Central strongly preferred)

* Background in migrating from on-prem Cisco to cloud/hosted VoIP

* Cisco certifications (CCNA / CCNP / CCIE - Collaboration)

* Exposure to hybrid voice environments and post-acquisition integrations

MUST HAVES (TOP
3):

* Cisco Voice experience

* Level 3 Troubleshooting/ Engineering

* Self-sufficient, takes initiative, works well with others
