Best Buy is seeking a Geek Squad Advanced Repair Technician (Agent) to work at our Daytona Beach location. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and explain solutions to customers both in-person and by phone, while maintaining accurate repair documentation.
You will collaborate with team members, follow established procedures, and complete tasks in a timely manner. A flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends is required to meet customer needs.
