As a Lead Teller in PNC’s Retail Banking organization based in Daytona Beach, FL, you will work in an in‑office setting that promotes collaboration and support. This role requires coaching and mentoring tellers, delivering a unique customer experience, and maintaining efficient and accurate daily teller operations.

Responsibilities
  • Coach and mentor tellers to deliver a unique customer experience that improves financial wellbeing and builds loyalty.
  • Process a variety of customer interactions and document transactions accurately.
  • Educate customers on alternatives and financial products, leveraging technology and resources.
  • Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and refer them to branch staff as appropriate.
  • Lead lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
  • Assist the Branch Manager in performance management, new‑hire selection processes, and maintaining daily operations.
  • Ensure teller and branch maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures, exercising sound judgment within established limits.

Typical qualifications include:

  • 1+ year of related experience (high school diploma or GED acceptable).
  • Some positions allow equivalent combinations of education, experience, or military service.
  • No specific degree or certifications required.
