You will work alongside educators, support staff, and families to help children with autism and other developmental needs thrive academically, socially, and behaviorally. This is meaningful, collaborative work that creates measurable impact every day.

What You’ll Do- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Assess and implement behavioral interventions for students with ASD and related needs
- Provide consultation and collaboration within partner schools
- Train and supervise RBTs and school staff
- Supervise individuals pursuing BCBA certification
- Maintain compliance with all payor and ethical standards
- Primarily school-based, with some home and community support as needed
Certification & Credentials
- Active BCBA certification
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a BCBA in a school setting
Schedule
- 40-hour salaried position
- 30-hour weekly billable requirement
