Hospital Service Technician - AdventHealth Daytona & Smyrna

This role will service medical waste containers at TWO local Advent Health locations as part of our Field Service team.

Advent Health Daytona Beach: 301 Memorial Pkwy, Daytona Beach, FL 32117 (Mon/Tues/Thur/Fri)

Advent Health New Smyrna Beach: 401 Palmetto St, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32168 (Wed)

• Working directly withhospital staffto ensure safe and timelymedical waste container exchangesand proper segregation.
• Inspecting and servicingDaniels Health containers in clinical areas—this includes entering procedural spaces and working around sensitive equipment and patients.
• Lifting containers(up to 50 lbs) andpushing/pulling carts(up to 300 lbs) throughout the day.
• Maintaining inventoryof containers and ensuring all areas are stocked and organized.
• Using acompany-provided smartphoneto manage tasks, report issues, and communicate with your team.
• Keeping staging areas clean and orderly before and after service.
• Representing Daniels Health withprofessionalism, positivity, and a strong work ethic.

• Someone who’sphysically fit, comfortable withheavy lifting, and enjoysactive, on-the-go work.
• Personal transportation to both assigned work sites.
• Ateam playerwho can also work independently without direct supervision.
• Strong attention to detail—especially when it comes topaperwork and procedures.
• Reliable transportation and a willingness to travel between assigned locations.
• Acan-do attitudeand previous experience in alabor-intensive or logistics role.

We are a healthcare service company providing safety systems and medical waste collection for hospitals, medical centers, surgical centers, nursing homes and an array of customers within the healthcare setting. Our focus is delivering quality and safety-focused medical waste management services that reduce needle stick injuries, positively impact infection control and reduce environmental burden. As a service to our customers we dispose and treat medical waste on site at our treatment facilities across the U.S.
