- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills

- 7+ years in project management
- Experience with government or enterprise-scale systems preferred
- Performance targets met (latency, uptime, stability)
- WCAG 2.1 AA compliance achieved
- Security validation & audit readiness
- Stakeholder satisfaction above defined threshold
