Manager, Finance Transformation

We are seeking a Manager, Finance Transformation to play a key role in executing and supporting the modernization of Finance and Accounting functions. By leveraging data analytics, automation, and innovative technologies, we are modernizing how our Finance and Accounting team operates, enabling stronger insights, efficiency, and business impact.

• Support efforts to document, streamline, and standardize Finance and Accounting processes, identifying inefficiencies and improvement opportunities through data analysis and stakeholder input. Assist with developing KPIs and conducting post‑implementation reviews.
• Partner with IT and business teams to define business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Finance technology solutions; translate requirements into clear specifications for IT delivery; conduct UAT, troubleshoot issues, and ensure tools meet user needs. Build self‑service dashboards, reports, datasets, and metrics in Power BI and Excel using governed data sources.
• Manage day‑to‑day project activities for assigned initiatives, including timeline tracking, coordination of deliverables, stakeholder communication, and progress toward roadmap commitments.
• Develop and deliver user training, process documentation, and job aids to drive adoption of new tools and processes; serve as a subject‑matter resource for end users.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics that measure performance, adoption, and operational effectiveness; support data validation, governance, and master data management efforts.
• Assist in executing change management activities, communication planning, and readiness assessments, acting as a liaison between Finance, Accounting, and IT.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Data Science, or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Finance Transformation roles, with hands‑on experience in process improvement or systems implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative working style.
• Experience working in an Agile project management setting.

• Hands‑on experience building Power BI reports, dashboards, and models using governed data sources.
• Experience supporting data model design (metric definitions, finance logic, and fact/dimension alignment) from a finance perspective.
• Foundational understanding of SQL, ETL/ELT concepts, and semantic models.
• Experience with ERP and/or EPM systems (e.g., Oracle, One Stream, Anaplan).
• Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Alteryx, Knime) to streamline finance workflows.
• Experience supporting data governance, master data management initiatives, and security (role‑based access, sensitive data handling, metadata lineage).
• Proven ability to develop and deliver user training and documentation.

Work is performed in a typical office environment and may require standing, bending, lifting boxes or packages under 10 lbs., and sitting for long periods of time. Work requires regularly inputting/retrieving words or data into or from an automated/computer system.
