High School Diploma or GED and one (1) year of related work experience maintaining computer equipment in a production environment.

• Repairs computers, printers, monitors, and related equipment; troubleshoots software and hardware problems; troubleshoots and configures operating systems for desktops/laptops/Macs.
• Diagnose, repair and integrate new and existing audio/visual systems in classrooms.
• Installs, uninstalls, and configures new computers/software; assists users with equipment.

• Knowledge of hardware and software operating systems.
• Ability to perform specialized technical work requiring general understanding of operating policies and procedures and their application to problems.
• Ability to apply specialized technical or professional principles and practices in the solution of problems.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Must have attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work from ladders.
