IntelliComm Implementation Analyst

Overview

General Statement of Essential Job Tasks:
Works closely with agencies to customize and configure content using the Intelli Comm™ software program. Build complex spreadsheets, tests functionality of custom configurations. Works on and collaborates with a cross-functional team.

Reports to:

Director of Intelli Comm Services.

The following are general descriptions of the essential job tasks of the position. Other related tasks may be assigned as necessary and appropriate.

• Configure customer-specific settings and customizations using the Intelli Comm™ customization management software tool
• Build, test, and validate custom configurations within the software platform to ensure functionality meets client requirements
• Responsible for carrying out detail-oriented, precision work and performing quality assurance for software-based systems and services
• Deliver assignments on time with quality and courteousness when working with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Update and track all activities in the Salesforce CRM.
• Assist in the assembly and shipping of emergency dispatch Guidecard rack
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Intelli Comm Services Director.
