The LPGA, headquartered in Daytona Beach, FL, is seeking a full-time Helpdesk Analyst to provide first-line support for employees and LPGA constituents. You will handle incidents, triage requests, and escalate where needed, reporting to the Senior Manager IT Operations.
Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, with AS/BS in technology preferred and relevant certifications. Strong communication, Windows/Office 365 skills, and basic IP networking knowledge are expected.
