- Administer and maintain company servers and infrastructure services
- Monitor and support WAN, LAN, VPN, and SD-WAN connectivity

- Expertise with TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, and switching
- Microsoft 365 and Active Directory experience

- Experience supporting end users and remote environments
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Cisco CCNA or equivalent experience preferred
- CCNP or advanced networking certifications preferred
- Microsoft infrastructure or cloud certifications preferred
Demonstrates expertise in enterprise network and server administration, with a strong focus on troubleshooting, technical documentation, and support for Microsoft 365 and Active Directory environments. Proficient in managing WAN, LAN, VPN, and SD-WAN connectivity to ensure reliable operations.
