• Community Maintenance:
  Clean, trash removal, and general upkeep of community common areas.
• Work Order Response:
  Address resident and management requests promptly for community common areas and units.
• Repair and Replacement:
  Ensure timely completion of necessary repairs and replacements in grounds, buildings, and community common areas.
• Hazard Identification:
  Inspect daily to identify, minimize, and correct hazardous property conditions.
• Preventative Maintenance:
  Assist in maintaining a preventative maintenance program to extend community life and minimize future repairs.
• Asset Key Policy:
  Understand and follow Asset key policy.
• Maintenance Shop Management:
  Keep the shop organized, stocked, safe, and compliant with OSHA guidelines.
• Safety Promotion:
  Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the hazard communications program and promote safe work practices.
• Unit Inspections:
  Participate in unit inspections as requested.
• Emergency Participation:
  Participate in on‑call emergency at community.
• Customer Relations:
  Provide excellent customer service and monitor service request turnaround and responsiveness.
• Resident Image:
  Project a favorable image of the community to achieve property objectives and public recognition.
• Resident Consistency:
  Enforce policies of the community consistently with immediate supervisor delegation.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

• Move about to accomplish tasks and travel between work sites.
• Ascend and descend ladders, stairs, ramps, and step stools; work overhead and reach repetitive motions; lift and place objects up to 100+ lbs.
• Operate motor vehicles and/or golf carts; operate machinery and power tools.
• Work in outdoor weather elements, low and high temperatures, and hazardous chemicals.
• Occasionally move self in confined spaces; stand or sit for prolonged periods; work overtime, weekends, and on‑call emergencies.

Salary Range
: $16.50 per hour to $17.00 per hour
