Daroq Inc., a Jani-King franchisee, is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Janitorial / Custodial Employees to service our client facilities throughout Port Orange, Daytona Beach, and Ormond Beach, FL
.

This position may require working at multiple client locations
, depending on scheduling and business needs. Applicants must have reliable transportation and be willing and able to travel between assigned facilities.

We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, value consistency, work well independently, and maintain high standards of cleanliness, reliability, and professionalism.

• Perform routine cleaning and sanitizing of offices, restrooms, breakrooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces.

• Complete assigned daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning tasks.

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces.

• Clean and sanitize restrooms and high-touch surfaces.

• Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners.

• Refill soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and other facility supplies.

• Properly use and maintain cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment.

• Follow established safety, sanitation, and cleaning procedures.

• Promptly report maintenance issues, property damage, supply needs, or safety concerns.

• Travel to and service assigned client facilities in Port Orange, Daytona Beach, and Ormond Beach as scheduled.

• Use the company's mobile app to clock in and out, review assignments, and document completed tasks.

• Maintain a professional appearance and respectful conduct while working at client facilities.

• Follow all client-specific rules, security procedures, and facility requirements.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience preferred, but training may be provided.

• Must be willing and able to work at multiple assigned client facilities.

• Must be willing to travel throughout Port Orange, Daytona Beach, and Ormond Beach as scheduled.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Smartphone capable of running the company's required scheduling, timekeeping, and task-management app.

• Consistent and reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning instructions and procedures.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and regularly bend, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Must successfully complete all applicable pre-employment requirements.

Background screening requirements may vary based on the client facility and the type of location being serviced. Certain client facilities may require additional screening or clearance before an employee is permitted to work at that location.

Applicants who are unable to meet applicable background screening or client access requirements may not be eligible for certain assignments or employment.
