This is ideal for an experienced AP leader who enjoys improving processes while developing and mentoring a strong team.

• Oversee all accounts payable operations including invoice processing, payment cycles, and expense management
• Lead, coach, and develop the AP team to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and accountability
• Strengthen internal controls and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk
• Manage vendor relationships, resolve escalations, and maintain accurate vendor master data
• Partner with Accounting and Finance to support month-end close, reporting, and audit requirements
• Leverage ERP systems (SAP, Workday, or similar) to enhance reporting, automation, and workflow management

• Proven leadership experience within accounts payable, preferably in a high-volume, multi-entity environment
• Strong understanding of AP controls, compliance, and best practices
• Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Workday
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
