• Developing and advancing strong strategic relationships with customer end users (principals, administration, superintendents, board members, etc.) by understanding their individual business and overall staffing needs.
• Proactively identifying and implementing work processes that improve speed, productivity, efficiency, cost, and/or customer experience.
• Overseeing a team responsible for the temporary workforce including turnover, coaching, counseling, terminations, co‑employment, sexual harassment investigations, and acting as appropriate.

• Successful creation and maintenance of high‑level strategic client relationships.
• Management of P&L.
• Depth of working operational knowledge of total supply chain.
• History of success in account strategy and management.
• 10 years of high‑level client account management, team leadership and operations experience within the staffing, HR or related industry and 5 years of required people leadership experience.

This is an onsite role Monday – Friday 8 am‑5 pm EST. Candidates must be able to travel locally up to 30 % for hiring, recruiting, school, talent, and other applicable events. Candidates must have a valid U.S. driver’s license in good standing.

Base pay range for this position is $120,000–$160,000 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
