President, Manufacturing ​/ Production

AO Precision Manufacturing LLC seeks a President to lead our high-precision CNC manufacturing operations serving firearms, aerospace, defense, and other regulated industries. This role owns overall strategy, P&L, and growth, guiding a quality-first, safety-focused culture. The President will drive business development, operational excellence, and continuous improvement, while ensuring strict compliance with industry standards and regulations. Partner with a skilled technical team, expand automation and lean initiatives, and build strong customer relationships to deliver mission-critical components on time and to exacting specifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and vision for AO Precision Manufacturing LLC across all operations and business units
• Drive profitable growth, diversify customer base, and expand capabilities in precision CNC machining and assembly
• Ensure strict adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory requirements in firearms, aerospace, and defense markets
• Develop and execute long-term business plans, budgets, and performance targets with the executive team
• Build and lead a high-performing leadership team, fostering accountability, communication, and collaboration
• Cultivate key customer, vendor, and partner relationships to support long-term contracts and new business
• Oversee continuous improvement, lean initiatives, and automation investments to increase efficiency and throughput
• Represent the company to boards, investors, and key stakeholders, providing transparent performance reporting
• Champion a culture of quality-first, safety, and employee development across all facilities
• Assess market trends and risks, implementing strategies to maintain competitiveness and operational resilience
