Prepare all ingredients for doughnut production including brew, dough, glaze, fillings, and icings;
Accurately weigh ingredients, measure liquids, mixing and frying doughnuts;
Record keeping of times and temperatures for products prepared;
Maintain sanitation standards in production area and equipment;
Present self professionally and adhere to uniform standards
