Communicates effectively with clinical staff, patients, and other healthcare team members to provide excellent patient care. Other duties as assigned. Develops clinical educational programs to address the needs of healthcare staff. Educates clinical staff through training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance their skills and knowledge. Evaluates the effectiveness of educational programs and training initiatives to ensure they meet clinical needs.

Ensures ongoing training for clinical staff to maintain and improve their competencies. Participates in performance improvement activities to optimize clinical practices and patient care. Collaborates with healthcare professionals to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies. Monitors compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards for clinical education and practice. Provides feedback and coaching to clinical staff to support their professional development.

Develops and implements policies and procedures to ensure high-quality clinical practice. Manages the budget for clinical education and performance improvement activities.
