Licensed Practical Nurse
- Clinical Decision Unit
The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide direct patient care to assigned patients under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. Job responsibilities include carrying out selected procedures, administration of medications, and treatments.
* Currently licensed or eligible for LPN licensure in State of Florida.
* Graduation from an approved School of Nursing in a course of training for Licensed Practical Nurses.
* Must have one year's experience in Med-surg or other acute care area.
* Professionalism in interpersonal communication skills with patients, patient families, colleagues, physicians and ancillary department personnel.
* Additional certification required for IV responsibilities.
