Compensation

Sign-On Bonus $25,000 and Relocation $3,000 (eligibility requirements apply)

Job Description

Assess and diagnose patient and family needs to provide quality care. Develop and communicate a plan of care for each patient in collaboration with the patient, family, and significant others. Implement medical plans of care, nursing interventions, and procedures using necessary skills and judgment. Evaluate identified problems, care provided, and patient responses to ensure overall quality of care. Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of nursing care provided.

Pursue professional growth and development, maintaining current knowledge, certification, and licensure per hospital policy. Serve as a role model for current and new staff. Attend required safety training programs and understand responsibilities related to general and specific job-related safety, including following Hospital Exposure Control Plans for Bloodborne and Airborne Pathogens. Demonstrate respect and regard for the dignity of all patients, families, visitors, and fellow employees.

Promote effective working relations and work as part of a team to meet departmental goals and objectives. Other duties as assigned.
