We are a 100 bed Skilled Nursing Facility that is dedicated to helping our residents maximize their potential and live their lives to the fullest. Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN), where your expertise will directly impact patient care and well-being. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents, including assessments, medication administration, treatments, and monitoring of clinical conditions.
  • Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff, ensuring quality care and adherence to facility policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record in accordance with regulatory and facility standards.
  • Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly communicate updates to physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations, including infection control, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Qualifications
  • Valid LPN or RN license in good standing in the State of Florida.
  • Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or acute care preferred. New nurses are welcome.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to long-term care.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
