Nurse Practitioner

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Nurse Practitioner located in Jacksonville, FL. The Nurse Practitioner will evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized pain management strategies, and deliver compassionate care to promote patient recovery. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, educating patients and their families about treatment options, and maintaining accurate medical records. The role requires adhering to evidence-based practices and ensuring quality patient outcomes through collaboration with other healthcare professionals.

• Strong clinical skills in patient evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Expertise in pain management and familiarity with evidence-based practices
• Proficiency in documenting patient care and maintaining electronic health records
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient education skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Florida
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
  
  Experience in acute care or post-acute care settings is preferred
