Advent Health Medical Group is seeking an experienced Critical Care Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our collaborative and growing ICU team serving Advent Health Daytona Beach and Advent Health Palm Coast.

This position offers the opportunity to work alongside a dedicated group of intensivists and advanced practice providers delivering high-level care to critically ill patients across multiple ICU settings. Providers in this role work closely with attending physicians while practicing in a supportive, team-oriented environment focused on clinical excellence and compassionate patient care.

Our critical care program includes:

• 10 Intensivist Physicians
• 12 Advanced Practice Providers

Together, the team provides care across several ICU units including:

• 14-bed Cardiovascular ICU – Advent Health Daytona Beach
• 32-bed Medical/Surgical ICU – Advent Health Daytona Beach
• 18-bed closed Medical/Surgical ICU – Advent Health Palm Coast

Providers work collaboratively to manage critically ill patients requiring advanced monitoring and intervention.

Flexible Scheduling That Supports Work-Life Balance

• 182 shifts per year
• Open scheduling model
• Rotation between Advent Health Daytona Beach and Advent Health Palm Coast

This schedule structure provides flexibility while maintaining strong team coverage across both hospital campuses.
