• Sign-On Bonus $25,000 and Relocation $3,000 (eligibility requirements apply)
• Shifts:
  
  Tues, Wed, Thursday 7pm to 7am
• Assess patient conditions and needs through comprehensive evaluations to develop individualized care plans.
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, ensuring comprehensive and continuous care.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely according to prescribed protocols.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress continuously, adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Document patient care activities meticulously to maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.

• Excellent interpersonal skill set, demonstrating compassion and respect to patients and family undergoing stressful procedures and treatments. [Required]
• Works independently, self-motivated, takes direction from physician and management to complete assignments. [Required]
• Maintain safe knowledge of equipment, procedures, supplies, computer, IV pumps, NOVA Glucose monitor, I-STAT, Immediate use sterilization policy and procedures. [Required]
• Must be proficient in English. [Required]
• Ability to communicate effectively. [Required]

• Associate's of Nursing. [Required]
• Bachelor's of Nursing. [Preferred]

• N/A

• 1+ year medical surgical experience. [Required]
• 1+ year surgery experience. [Preferred]

• Advanced Burn Life Support (ABLS). [Preferred]
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS). [Required]
• Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR). [Preferred]
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP). [Preferred]
• Registered Nurse (RN). [Required]
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS). [Preferred]
• ATD Master Instructional Designer Certified (ATD). [Preferred]
