RN Home Health – Daytona Beach, FL – Local or Traveler
Duration: 13 weeks. Full time available, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., 40 hours per week.
On‑call:
On‑call required if requested—needs may change based on staff and branch needs.
Productivity Units: 30 units.
Qualifications- HCHB, OASIS, and Home Health experience required.
- Homecare Homebase software experience – required.
- OASIS experience – required.
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse – required.
- CHPN certification – preferred.
- Proof of current CPR certification – required.
- Current driver’s license – required.
- Reliable transportation and insurance – required.
- 1–2 years experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical care setting – required.
- 2+ years Home Health experience – required.
- Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program – required.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing – preferred.
