- Administer medications safely under physician's orders
- Monitor patients before dosing and provide compassionate care
- Complete medication inventory and documentation accurately
- Obtain vital signs, TB testing, and other clinical screenings
- Assist the Medical Director with patient assessments
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, CARF, DEA, and state regulations
- Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting patients throughout their recovery
- Active Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care experience
- Clinical or outpatient nursing experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Experience in behavioral health, addiction medicine, substance use disorder (SUD), or Medication‑Assisted Treatment (MAT) is a plus
