MDS Director RN

MDS Director (RN) – Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced MDS Director (RN) to join our skilled nursing team. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position for a licensed RN with a strong background in MDS coordination and compliance.

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an MDS Lead or MDS Director
• In-depth knowledge of PDPM, care planning, and RAI process
• Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and regulatory guidelines
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the MDS process to ensure accuracy and timely submissions
• Lead the interdisciplinary team in developing comprehensive care plans
• Monitor reimbursement optimization under PDPM
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal documentation requirements
• Educate and support facility staff on MDS protocols
