About the Role:As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you'll work alongside our experienced healthcare team to deliver individualized care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals
Monitoring patient conditions and reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
Assisting with patient care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
