We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of healthcare professionals at Magenta Health  an RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and delivering exceptional outcomes. This is a part-time and full-time opportunity that offers flexibility and opportunities for growth and development.

• Provide direct patient care, including assessing patients' conditions, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and administering medications and treatments.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Conduct patient education, including providing instructions on medications, treatments, and self-care techniques.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including progress notes, medication administration records, and other relevant documentation.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to improve patient outcomes.

• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

• RN license issued by the State of Florida or eligibility for licensure.
