Designer - Kitchen/Bath at The Home Depot role overview.
Designers support three primary store priorities:
Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. They provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers, welcome customers to the store, assess kitchen and/or bath project needs, provide showroom tours, set up kitchen and/or bath measures, meet with customers to review room designs and make purchasing recommendations. Designers support In Stock initiatives by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking them as necessary.
Designers support the Store Appearance priority by ensuring special product displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe. By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to support department and store goals.
- Welcome customers and assess kitchen and/or bath project needs
- Provide showroom tours, set up measures, and discuss room designs with customers
- Meet with customers to review designs and make purchasing recommendations
- Support In Stock by assessing and restocking samples and brochures
- Maintain Store Appearance by ensuring displays and showrooms are appealing and safe
- Drive sales to meet department and store goals
