We are seeking a driven and experienced Store Manager to lead our Daytona Beach, FL location. This is a full‑time, on‑site role that involves driving sales, managing day‑to‑day store operations, and fostering a high level of customer satisfaction. The Store Manager will oversee team performance, implement retail strategies, ensure retail loss prevention, and maintain a positive store atmosphere.

Supporting company objectives, the Store Manager will provide strategic direction, hold team members accountable to performance standards, and ensure customer needs are met effectively.

• Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to manage relationships and address concerns effectively.
• Excellent Communication skills to supervise a team, delegate responsibilities, and facilitate smooth operations.
• Experience in Store Management, including overseeing daily operations, meeting sales goals, and leading a productive team.
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to maintain the integrity of store operations and minimize shrinkage.
• Ability to develop and manage a team‑oriented and service‑focused environment.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Experience in the automotive aftermarket or retail industry is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional business or management training preferred.
