Stocking Team Trainer

Compensation

• Hourly Wage: $17 - $30 per hour (may exceed minimum wage as required)
• Performance Incentives:
  
  Annual or quarterly incentives
• Premiums: $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply.

Stocking associates focus on unloading trucks and stocking new freight, spending the majority of their time in the backroom. The role requires the ability to lift heavy objects exceeding 50 pounds and may include operating heavy machinery such as forklifts.

• Unload trucks and receive incoming freight
• Stock new freight on shelves and in storage areas
• Maintain organized backroom inventory and storage layout
• Operate heavy equipment (e.g., forklifts) as required
• Comply with safety and security policies

• Ability to lift and carry >50 pounds consistently
• Valid forklift certification is preferred (if operating forklift)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Physical stamina for standing, bending, and moving heavy items
