Provide a superior customer experience by engaging customers, understanding their needs, presenting merchandise with detailed product knowledge, offering information on extended service plans and financing options, and meeting individual and team sales goals.

• Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays
• Positive, customer‑focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Strong communication and relational skills

• Base pay plus commission on sales
